Players Classic ’16

The guys at Players always seem to pull things off effortlessly, whether it’s building an entire car within days or running a show, nothing seems to phase them, though I’m sure it’s different from their point of view, but nowhere do they show their steeze better than at Players Classic.

We’ve been going to Players Classic since it’s first year in 2014, and every year we come away saying ‘show of the year’ this year was no different, in what can only be considered as the perfect setting that is Goodwood Circuit, the show stands out above the rest. At no point during the day at Players will you find yourself bored, the huge number of show cars spread around the grounds is more than enough to please anyone, and the show seems to bring more variety than you could see anywhere else, every year the show somehow attracts cars that we’ve never seen before, and probably wont see at any other show for the rest of the year either. If show cars aren’t your thing – ignoring the fact you shouldn’t be at a car show – then the track action is always exciting to watch, again with a nice variety of track built cars of different marques, old and new there’s definitely something for every enthusiast, and this year we were even treated to two drift displays from Monster Energy sponsored drifter Baggsy.

There’s not much more for us to say about the show, or even the cars involved, I don’t think words can really justify or explain the atmosphere and style of Players Classic, and photographs probably can’t either, but we’ve done our best!
