06 Jan Sean Lamb’s VW Golk Mk4
Everyone loves Mk4’s, but everyone loves Mk4 R32’s even more. We met up with Sean Lamb to get a closer look at his cleanfest winning deep blue pearl R32, after having an R32 replica GTI, Sean finally decided to make the jump to the real deal in November 2013.
Air was the first big modification to go onto the R32, after running bags on the GTI Sean knew that to get the fitment he wanted there was no other way, a struggle that we are all familiar with.
The next big decision was wheels, for Sean there was only one style he had in mind, after seeing a few Stateside cars running Fifteen52 Tarmacs the choice was easy, and when a set came up for sale that would fit the car perfectly there was no if ands or buts, they were Sean’s.
The future for this clean blue V6 beast are simple, and in keeping with the car’s current style, a few small bits tidied up with maybe some simple changes made along the way, though Sean is also thinking about other wheel options already!
